About Me
Organising a funeral isn't something you generally look into until you actually have to do it, but being aware of the process and steps required can help alleviate some of the stress and confusion you may be experiencing when you are grieving. When I had to organise my mum's funeral a few years ago, I realised I really knew nothing about how funeral services worked or what options were available during the planning stage. I wasn't in the best place emotionally to absorb the information that I was reading about planning a funeral, so I decided to start this blog to share what I feel are the essential steps in the planning process that everyone should know about. I also post about related topics, such as memorial options, planning your own funeral and financing an unexpected funeral. I hope you find my blog useful.
